This product has undergone all processes in-house, from material procurement to can manufacturing, temporary assembly, hot-dip galvanizing, blasting, and final painting. Different specifications have been adopted for the main girder and the handrails, with the handrails receiving a plating treatment. The blasting work was carried out to prepare the base material, removing debris and paint from the surface. In the painting process, multiple layers of paint were applied for rust prevention and aesthetic purposes. The overall construction period took about 1.5 months, resulting in a high-quality product.
